About the hackathon
The TEDx Shabab ST Hackathon is a three-day entrepreneurship experience that challenges young people in Oman to transform the country's natural resources into innovative and viable business opportunities. Over three days, teams move through a full journey — from identifying a local resource, to developing a business idea, to building a working model and pitching a real venture to a panel of judges.
The hackathon is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of the Sultanate of Oman, and organized by TEDx Shabab ST — a youth-led platform that connects young people, culture, innovation, and ideas with real impact.
If your team is ready to turn a local resource into a real opportunity, we would love to have you with us.
